Description
KK ULTRA bits have a shortened centre piece that is angled 45° forward. This anatomical adaptation optimises the action compared with conventional double-jointed bits in a clearly noticeable way.
When the reins are taken up the centre piece of the KK ULTRA bits sits snugly on the tongue without pinching and without exerting pressure on palate and bars.
With correct use this promotes the horse's trust in the rider's hand, which is why these bits are used successfully worldwide in all disciplines and across all training levels – a true all-round talent!
The KK ULTRA Universal bit is very versatile thanks to the four different fastening options. The leverage of the bit can, depending on the fastening, be individually increased on poll and tongue and is thus well suited for horses that have a strong forward drive and try to evade upwards.
When using a curb strap the pressure on the poll is limited and it is also possible to act on the lower jaw.
Because of the pronounced action of this bit it is particularly recommended for riders with sensitive hand action. Whether to ride with one or two pairs of reins is for the rider to decide individually.
